The Opportunity

• Lead and support a team of production technicians to meet daily output targets.
  
• Monitor and report key performance indicators such as efficiency, OEE, and waste.
  
• Work closely with maintenance and warehouse teams to minimise downtime and ensure materials and finished goods flow seamlessly.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues quickly and communicate effectively between shifts.
  
• Plan production schedules and support operational excellence projects.
• Motivate and develop your team to perform at their best every day.
• Ensure staffing levels meet production demands.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.

*This position works on a rotating roster - morning, afternoon and night shift*

• Proven experience in manufacturing or production leadership.
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience using ERP systems and understanding of KPIs.
