The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be at the heart of our domestic operations, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Your ability to communicate clearly, problem-solve effectively, and build strong relationships will be key to ensuring our Domestic partners have a seamless and positive experience with every interaction.
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Customer Service and wider Noumi team with administrative and coordination tasks.
What you’ll bring
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in customer service or order management role
- Experience within FMCG or a similar fast-moving environment will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, supporting others to achieve shared goals.
- Professional and confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
- Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong data entry and administrative skills
- Experience with our current ERP system - Microsoft Dynamics 365 - not essential, however, favorable
