The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Officer, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction with our international partners. You will support them with product order requests, enquiries, and export documentation, while playing a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, order processing, and bookings to ensure successful fulfilment of every order.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer bookings and documentation requests accurately, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and export container requirements.
Generate all shipping/export documentation and perform accurate data entry into stock management and ordering systems.
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our international partners.
Collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Support export order processing and related activities.
What you’ll bring
You’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable with new systems. You have strong data entry skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced environment is highly regarded
• A learning mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
• Collaborative team player who supports shared goals
• Professional written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
