The Opportunity

We are seeking a Reliability Supervisor to support business transformation at our Ingleburn site by embedding continuous improvement practices and driving improvements in machine and operator reliability.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to maximise plant uptime, improve asset performance, and build a strong reliability culture across the site.

• Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, while planning ahead and reviewing past performance to improve operational effectiveness and uptime.

• Provide technical support to Production, Maintenance Management, and technical personnel.

• Supervise, coach, and support the maintenance team to deliver safe and reliable plant operations.

• Manage on-site contractors, ensuring all work is completed in line with WH&S requirements.

• Develop, schedule, and implement the weekly maintenance plan using MEX, covering preventative maintenance, corrective work, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Respond to breakdowns and callouts to maintain daily production requirements.

• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance-related costs.

• Take a hands-on approach on the shop floor, monitoring performance and supporting the team as required.

• Partner with Production to analyse asset performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Assist in the development and implementation of training plans.

• Develop individual performance plans and conduct reviews.

• Ensure site compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards.

• Develop and implement engineering solutions to address repetitive failures and issues impacting capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance.

What you’ll bring

• Trade qualification and/or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance.

• Availability to work a 4-on, 4-off roster.

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a maintenance environment.

• Strong experience developing, scheduling, and executing maintenance plans using MEX.

• Contractor management experience.

• Demonstrated application of lean maintenance methodologies.

• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a strong safety focus.
