The Opportunity
As a Brew Partner, you’ll drive step-change growth for MILKLAB by winning and scaling strategic customers across Key Account Groups and large venues in metro and regional markets. This role blends commercial ownership, influence, and relationship-building to convert complex opportunities into sustainable, contracted wins.
You’ll work closely with roasters, distributors, and internal teams to build a strong pipeline and deliver profitable, long-term growth.
Win and scale MILKLAB across strategic accounts and large venues
Lead end-to-end sales processes from first engagement to rollout
Own commercial outcomes, including pricing, contracts, and renewals
Build and manage a strong, well-qualified sales pipeline
Develop strategic partnerships with roasters and key stakeholders
Collaborate with Café Collaborators and distributors on joint opportunities
Balance metro focus with targeted regional engagement
What you’ll bring
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Experience managing complex or high-value accounts
Confident influencing decision-makers and building trusted relationships
Results-driven, resilient, and highly organised
Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own territory
Experience in foodservice, FMCG, or coffee industry preferred
Passion for coffee and café culture
