The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support the business with accurate, timely insights through reporting and information management.

In this role, you will help drive a data-led culture by building meaningful dashboards, improving data quality and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance

• Support data collection, validation and reporting accuracy

• Provide frontline support for dashboard queries and internal users

• Assist with the implementation and optimisation of business systems (Quality Systems, ERP and others)

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and problem-solving to support business needs

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2–3 years’ experience using analytics tools (Power BI preferred)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights clearly

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capability

• Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
