The Opportunity
Join Noumi as a strategic and experienced Group Supply Planning Manager, leading the supply side of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle and linking commercial demand inputs to operations and supply chain. This role ensures production, replenishment, and supply chain activities are executed accurately, optimising customer KPIs and service levels.
Lead the supply planning process across the business, balancing capacity, operational variables, and customer forecasts
Own the Supply elements of IBP and S&OE, partnering with Demand Planning, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
Develop and maintain stock policies, replenishment strategies, and run strategies across sites and 3PLs
Drive KPI performance on stock availability, inventory management, despatch in full, and working capital
Collaborate on product lifecycle planning, identifying risks and optimising inventory for new, existing, and phase-out products
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, supply chain efficiency, and service delivery
What you’ll bring
Senior supply planning experience in FMCG, preferably in food, beverage, or dairy
Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, manufacturing, finance, or related discipline
ERP system experience and proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
Advanced analytical skills, highly proficient in Excel
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
Agile, independent, and capable of prioritising competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
