The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the full order lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with internal teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics, you’ll ensure orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and supported by clear communication every step of the way.
Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery
Communicate proactively with customers on order status and updates
Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery requirements
Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and other channels
Build strong relationships with customers and resolve issues effectively
Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements
What you’ll bring
Previous experience in customer service or order management
Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced environment (highly regarded)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a team-first approach
