The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating an automated batching and recipe management system to produce consistent, high-quality plant and dairy-based products.

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards and food safety requirements are achieved.

• Prepare and pre-weigh ingredients according to production requirements

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot automated batching equipment

• Follow site recipes accurately with no deviations

• Support production changeovers, equipment setup and shutdown activities

• Monitor production performance, waste and downtime throughout the shift

• Assist with preventative maintenance and process improvement initiatives

• Operate forklifts and manually handle materials as required

• Work collaboratively across other production areas when needed

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment preferred

• Experience operating automated machinery or batching systems highly regarded

• Forklift licence preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
