The Opportunity
Reporting to the National Field Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and delivering strong commercial outcomes in the field.
In this leadership role, you will manage a team of four, supporting them to achieve sales targets and execute best-in-class customer engagement strategies.
You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring execution excellence across your region.
Lead, coach, develop and manage a field sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets
Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities within the HORECA channel
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
Deliver in-field coaching, training and capability development
Manage key customer relationships and engage senior stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on trade shows and activations
Provide market insights, reporting and performance analysis
Ensure strong execution of sales strategies across the field
What you’ll bring
Experience leading a field sales or account management team
Strong background in sales growth and business development
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
High levels of resilience, drive and commercial acumen
Strong planning, forecasting and organisational skills
