The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end commercialisation of key procurement-led initiatives, with an initial focus on the transition of our primary packaging supplier.
This is a 12-month contract role within the Transformation team, playing a key part in delivering high-priority change across supply chain, procurement and operations.
Reporting to the Commercialisation & Projects Manager, you’ll own the planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that impact supply continuity, cost and product quality.
Lead supplier transition and procurement-led transformation projects
Develop and manage project plans, risks, dependencies and governance
Coordinate across supply chain, procurement, operations and technical teams
Manage stakeholder and supplier relationships
Drive delivery, reporting and issue resolution across workstreams
Ensure alignment with internal governance and quality standards
What you’ll bring
You are an experienced project or transformation professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. You bring strong stakeholder skills, structure, and a track record of delivering cross-functional outcomes.
Experience in supplier transitions or procurement projects (FMCG/manufacturing ideal)
Strong stakeholder and senior leadership engagement skills
Excellent organisation and prioritisation ability
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Clear communication skills across all levels
Experience with tools such as MS Project, Monday.com or Agile methods
