The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and proactive Line Lead to join our fast-paced FMCG warehouse operation. This role is critical in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence and team capability, ensuring we consistently deliver against our site strategy and performance goals.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in embedding Operational Excellence (OPEX) frameworks, improving systems and processes, and building a high-performing, self-sufficient team culture.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the site’s operational strategy

• Support and embed Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and Daily Management Systems (DMS)

• Lead and support delivery of the Run-to-Target (RTT) program

• Develop and implement warehouse system and process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency

• Lead problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis to eliminate losses

• Build team capability through training, SOPs and continuous improvement practices

What you’ll bring

You are a strong people leader with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a structured, systems-thinking approach to your work.

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally within FMCG

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build accountability and collaboration

• Experience implementing warehouse systems, SOPs and standard work practices

• Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks (OPEX, Lean, RTT or similar)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
