The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Shift Lead to support the delivery of operational excellence across our production lines. This role plays a key part in leading teams, driving safety, improving performance and embedding continuous improvement practices.

Working closely with the OPEX Line Lead, you will provide hands-on leadership, coach teams, and ensure consistent execution of daily management systems.

• Lead, coach and support line teams to drive safety, delivery and team performance

• Support Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Oversee production activities, including planning, materials and product quality

• Drive incident elimination and problem-solving to reduce losses and improve efficiency

• Execute and support Daily Management Systems (DMS), CIL and safety processes (BOS)

• Partner with WHS to identify hazards and implement corrective and preventative actions

• Act as a key point of contact for operations across night and weekend shifts

What you’ll bring

• Strong leadership and coaching experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

• Passion for safety, continuous improvement and team development

• Experience with lean, OPEX or similar systems highly regarded

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster
