The Opportunity
At Noumi, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers—on time, every time. We’re currently looking for a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our Shepparton team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods while supporting our key performance goal: DIFOT (Deliver In Full & On Time).
As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end handling of inbound and outbound goods, supporting production, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and compliance.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced FMCG environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive mindset are essential.
Safely operate forklifts in line with site procedures and traffic management plans
Complete daily forklift pre-start checks and maintain equipment standards
Accurately pick, pack, stage, and dispatch customer orders
Receive, label, and store inbound goods (raw materials, packaging, finished goods)
Support production by managing materials for work orders
What you’ll bring
Valid forklift licence with minimum 2 years high reach (double deep) experience
Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Background in FMCG or fast-paced warehouse environments (preferred)
Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
