The Opportunity

Join Noumi’s Nutritional team and play a key role in operating and optimising advanced processing equipment across Lactoferrin, Membrane, and Spray Drying technologies.

Reporting to the Shift Lead, this role sits within an autonomous team environment where everyone is accountable for performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plant equipment across processing areas

• Continuously optimise performance to achieve planned volumes and outputs

• Conduct in-line quality checks and analyse data to maintain product specifications

• Identify trends, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions

• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure preventative maintenance and pre-start checks are completed

• Assist with equipment commissioning and post-maintenance start-ups

• Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

What you’ll bring

• Experience in dairy, food/beverage, or similar manufacturing environments

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse data

• Proactive, team-focused, and committed to continuous improvement

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts across a 24/7 roster
