The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Technician to join our Nutritional Plant team. In this role, you will play a key part in operating, monitoring, and optimising complex manufacturing processes across the full production cycle - from raw material handling and filtration through to spray drying and final product quality assurance.

You will work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with strict food safety and quality standards.

• Operate and monitor processing systems in the Nutritional Plant

• Respond to process issues and escalate as required

• Support SOP improvements and adherence

• Meet production schedules and targets

• Conduct quality checks to meet product specifications

• Work with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset

What you’ll bring

• Passion for dairy science, process technology, or manufacturing innovation

• Strong willingness to learn and work hands-on with complex systems

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts
